Review by hotel critic
Our stay at Dusit Princess Chiang Mai was an interesting mix of highs and lows. The hotel's power outage upon check-in was quite a rocky start, but once settled in, our room was spacious and well-lit, providing a comfortable sanctuary for relaxation. The hotel's immediate surroundings offer convenience with a variety of dining options and shops nearby, perfect for leisurely strolls or quick errands. However, communication with the front desk staff was a bit challenging, leading to some unnecessary confusion during our stay.Despite the initial hiccups, the hotel's amenities like the rooftop gym and meeting rooms were top-notch, catering to both leisure and business travelers. The Aviary Lounge Bar provided a vibrant space for mingling and unwinding, adding a touch of modern elegance to the overall ambiance. In terms of service, the hotel organized fantastic day tours that allowed us to explore the beauty of Chiang Mai, showcasing the rich cultural tapestry and natural landscapes the region has to offer. The tours were well-priced and well-organized, enhancing our overall experience at the hotel. While there were some areas that could be improved, our time at Dusit Princess Chiang Mai was ultimately enjoyable, offering a comfortable base for our adventures in the charming city. For travelers seeking a convenient location with a range of facilities, this hotel is worth considering, especially for those interested in exploring the vibrant night markets and local attractions of Chiang Mai.
